As an industrial engineer and former building contractor, Tom brings the experience with construction costs and techniques required for a Cost Segregation project. Before launching Scarpello Consulting, Tom was a cost segregation specialist for a national public accounting firm where he managed client projects in a variety of industries. He also stays current on tax legislation and regulatory changes so Scarpello clients can realize the maximum tax benefits. Tom also has extensive experience partnering with public accounting firms to deliver Cost Segregation services to their clients.
Bringing experience as a former director of business development for a national accounting firm, Mike’s role is to create relationships with prospective and current clients. Anyone who knows Mike understands his excitement about helping to educate clients about the benefits of Cost Segregation and other services. He also focuses on creating relationships with CPA firms that do not have Cost Segregation expertise but are interested in creating win-win partnerships for their clients.
Michael brings his public accounting experience to Scarpello clients which includes 17 plus years as an accountant with local and national firms. Today, as a non-practicing CPA, his extensive tax background completes the Scarpello Consulting team. Mike’s role is to ensure that clients are receiving the maximum tax benefits while he stays current on the latest tax laws and regulations.
